- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Apparently, AIM is under new management. In the past, my experiences with AIM were satisfactory in regards to customer service and delivery of service. However, the front line staff answering the phones and supporting customers needs to enroll in Customer Service 101. She was curt and disingenuous. And physically she looked unkempt.
