- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★If it weren't for Mr. Silvers, I wouldn't have discovered that my car accident resulted in bodily harm that would only show up on MRI's, I would be up to my neck in medical bills and collectors, and probably would have settled for much less than I am owed. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was involved in a motorcycle accident in which back and foot injuries occured. The other party involved was deemed at fault for the accident. I am young (20 years old) and thought that I could negotiate with the insurance company for my settlement because I didn't want to pay for an attorney. After months of emails back and forth between the insurance comapany, I had finally gotten a final number that they wouldn't move from ( About 19k). After seeeking advice from friends and family I finally decided to call Mr. Silvers's office for representation. Mr Silvers and his assosiates were able to settle my claim without going to court for more than 3 times the amount that I was able to negotiate on my own. Another benifit was that they also cut my medical bills by about 33 percent; which was just more money in my pocket.
