  Fees, fees and more fees. Generally the employees are nice, however it's kind of like that nice that you'd expect from a casino dealer as they rake you over the coals and undoubtedly take all your money..... If you have an option I'd look elsewhere.

  Although the tellers are generally friendly; this bank is morally bankrupt when it comes to customer service and doing their best to really stick it to you on fees and overdrafts. Recently my automatic deposit check did not go through because of a error at my work. My work ended up paying me with a regular bank check which I deposited. Keep in mind this bank check is from a billion dollar plus Construction Company that's been around since 1932. This is also a construction company that I have personally worked for since 2005. Commonwealth placed a hold on the check of course, which caused my available balance to go negative, and literally every single debit card transaction and check that happened to go through in that time... had a $32 charge attached to it. 9 fees and $288 later, they finally took the hold off of my check and then refused to reverse any of the fees. F.y.i this is not the first time that this has happened. Since 2000 when I first started banking there I have had 3 or 4 similar episodes with multiple negative balance fees. Unfortunately I'm forced to bank there because my labor union has some kind of a group plan where my vacation account is automatically deposited. I do plan to close my checking account soon though.

  Hours say they are open Saturdays. They are closed Saturdays now. Cheap ass bank can't afford morning hours Saturday.
