- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I didn't have a bad experience. I would return... I had to check it out based on the negative hype. This is the closest location to my home so going here was most convenient. I walked in with a giant open box and a printed pre-paid label. Before I could get to the counter the man acknowledged me and asked how I was doing, so he's not as unfriendly as reviews suggest. However, he tried to charge me $2 for the tape to seal the box. When I questioned him, he said if it was a smaller box it wouldn't be a problem and I could buy my own roll of tape for $3 instead, if desired. So I told him okay to buying my own roll and he sealed up the box for me. The tape job was a little questionable IMO but it should suffice. - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Seemed sketchy. I was dropping off a package an hour before closing. It was locked and then an old Indian guy comes out and offers to take my package. I hand it to him and he keeps repeating "have a nice day"and tries to close the door on me. I wanted to ask for a receipt but a person came after me and also handed him the package from around the door.By Alejandro Flores, August 04, 2017
