- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went in here and tried to open an account for my mom and found this place to be horrible. Why would you want to open an account at a bank that requires you to pay a $10 membership fee? Thats so freaking ridiculous, I mean with so many options why would you be dumb enough to do that. Also, horrible customer service here. Assistant Branch manager Ken was talking to me like I did not even speak English. I mean come on, I am asian, but I was born and raised in California and have my graduate degree. Also, because my mom lives with me and I take care of all the bills, they wanted 2 forms of ID with her address. I told them my mom lives with me and that I pay for all the bills. Then he said he couldnt help me. Stay away from stupid banks like this. Personally, I like credit unions because I have an account at Star One (which I love). This one was closest to my house and hoped for good service but it sucks. STAY AWAY.By A Google User, October 01, 2016
